A combination of two of my favorite things: yoga breath work for managing strong emotional states, and aromatherapy!
 
One thing I teach almost ALL of my therapy clients right away are some breathing practices I learned from Amy Weintraub at a professional training seven years ago.  
 
In this one hour Zoom class, I will teach five different breathing patterns to promote different mood states - some are energizing and some are relaxing.  We will pair these with use of essential oil aromatherapy to bring in the powerful olfactory system.
 
Suggested oils/blends for you to have on hand: citrus and mint singles and combinations, tree oils (fir, pine, etc), spices like cinnamon or nutmeg, lavender.
